Our Accucut Hone has the inclusion of an internal bore measuring system to ensure 100 percent inspection of every part. It also utilizes a multi-pass system that has improved overall bore geometry resulting in fewer rejects.
With our advanced manufacturing methods and technology, we are capable of producing both low to high-volume manufacturing components.
We utilize LEAN Manufacturing techniques including Cellular Manufacturing which leads to consistent throughput and reduced production time. Our typical cell setup is a lathe, lathe, HMC, or a lathe, lathe, VMC.
